The Halva Cooking Kettle developed by OMM Food Machinery Industry has been designed for the controlled boiling and homogeneous preparation of sugar and soapwort extract before they are mixed with tahini during tahini-halva production. Its advanced mixing system and highly efficient heating technology provide maximum production efficiency, consistent product quality, and reliable operating performance.
Technical Specifications
Manufactured by OMM Food Machinery Industry in compliance with international quality standards.
Prepares the sugar and soapwort extract at the required temperature and consistency before they are mixed with tahini.
The heating system can be manufactured to operate with various fuel types, primarily LPG (propane, butane, and their mixtures), as well as natural gas, fuel oil, diesel, wood, and other suitable fuels. The use of LPG is recommended for maximum efficiency.
Industrial LPG burners are integrated beneath the kettle to provide maximum heat transfer.
Available in single- or double-kettle configurations, depending on the required production capacity.
Standard models have a preparation capacity of 100–150 kg per cooking cycle.
After an average cooking time of 45 minutes, the prepared mixture can be combined with tahini to produce 200–300 kg of halva.
Custom-sized models can be manufactured according to customer requirements for facilities requiring higher production capacities.
Each mixing unit is equipped with a 5.5 kW mixing motor, a 2.2 kW sugar-boiling motor, and a 0.37 kW fan motor to ensure high-performance operation.
All product-contact surfaces are manufactured from AISI 304-grade stainless steel.
The robust steel frame is clad with AISI 304-grade chrome-nickel stainless-steel sheets, providing a long service life, high hygiene standards, and an aesthetically refined appearance.
Its hygienic design allows easy cleaning and ensures full compliance with food-production standards.
