  • The standard model has a production capacity of 100 kg per cooking cycle, with an average cooking time of 2 hours.
  • Once the cooking process is complete, the product can be discharged safely and easily using the integrated hydraulic discharge system.
  • The machine is equipped with a 2.5 kW two-speed electric motor, providing maximum operating performance.
  • The mixing system operates at 30–60 rpm, while the hydraulic system is powered by a 0.75 kW / 1,400 rpm pump.
  • The product-contact cooking vessel is manufactured from AISI 304-grade stainless steel, while the machine body and worktable are manufactured from AISI 304-grade stainless-steel sheets.
  • Standard models operate with LPG or natural gas as the heat source. Solutions compatible with alternative energy sources can also be provided upon request.
